Refund policy

Lunaris Capital LLC sells digital products through Biblioteca (HU). This policy explains when you can get your money back.

Refund window

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to us. We do not require a reason.

How to request one

Email talentum.master@gmail.com from the address you bought with, including your order or receipt. We reply within 2 business days.

How the money is returned

Refunds go back to the same card or account you paid with, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

What is not refunded

Purchases older than 14 days, and purchases where we can show the material was downloaded in full and redistributed.

Cancelling a subscription

If your purchase renews, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
